Get an Event Planner, It Is So Worth It

There is so much that goes into panning a big even like a wedding, or quinceañera. With so many factors in play, having an event planner can make all the difference between the day going off smoothly or it being chaos start to finish.

An experienced event planner will know how to keep things on schedule, have back up plans in case things go wrong, and make sure to remind you of things you may have forgotten.  We've seen it all in our years as photographers, and you can tell when you have a great planner. Want your beach ceremony at 7:30 in the summer?  A good planner and photographer will let you know that, it isn't enough time to do the formal pictures before the sun sets if you planned the shoot for after the ceremony. First looks are an option, or scheduled the ceremony to be earlier.

With Dj's, catering companies, venue staff, and photographers all trying to help stay on top of the day, a good event planner, and detailed schedule will be well worth it. It will keep you from the stress of answering everyone's question (usually the same ones multiple times) so you can enjoy your day and we can capture your day and have it be as magical as you hoped it would be.
